St. Bonaventure University Basketball Ticket Information


Tickets are required for all men's and women's home basketball games in the Reilly Center. Admission to all other men's and women's home athletic events is free to the public for regular season contests.

2009-10 Men's Basketball Ticket Information

Season tickets are now available through the Athletic Ticket Office and are priced at $170 per seat. Single game tickets will be sold beginning Nov. 2. To order online, click on the Tickets.com logo below. Tickets.com also accepts phone orders at (888) 223-6000 or in person at all Tops Markets. Additional service fees apply to all Tickets.com sales.



First Time Buyer Special

* New purchasers who have never had season tickets can buy one season ticket for $170 and get a second seat for $50. This discount applies for the first year only. Call (716) 375-2500 for seat availability and details.

* $14 - Upper Level Rows A-L; all seats in Sections 7 & 8; and floor level bleachers

Season Ticket Upgrades / Premium Seating Levels


All season seat upgrade request are reviewed after the renewal deadline. Preference is given to contributors to the Bonaventure Athletic Fund (BAF) by donor level. Add your name on a request list for upgrades by calling the Ticket Office at (716) 375-2500. Additional benefits are also available to donors to the BAF. Call for a brochure or details.

Season tickets for the three center sections on each side in the upper level of the arena require a minimum donation level to the Bonaventure Athletic Fund in addition to the $180 per seat season cost. All new sales require these minimum donation levels:

Section 7 & 8 Rows A-L: Donors at the $500 and above level are assigned seats in this area.

Section 7 & 8 Rows M-Q: A minimum donation to the BAF of $50 per seat is required.

Sections 5,6,9,10 Rows A-L : A minimum donation of $50 per seat is required in these sections on the side farthest from center court. Seats on the side of the section closest to center court require donations in the $100-$499 level or a minimum donation of $75 per seat, depending on the seat holder, seat location and availability.

Sections A-F Blue Chair backs: The blue chair backs behind the benches on the floor level are available with corporate sponsorships and are sold as season tickets at $500 per seat, per year. This cost does not include any of the benefits associated with BAF donations. There is currently a waiting list for these seats; call (716) 375-2500 to be added to the list.

HOSPITALITY - Hall of Fame Room / Fastbreak Club

St. Bonaventure Athletics offers hospitality in its Hall of Fame Room and Fastbreak Club before and at halftime of all men's home games. Bonaventure Athletic Fund donors and corporate sponsors qualify for hospitality passes depending on annual donation or sponsorship levels. Both rooms offer a light buffet, complimentary soft drinks and a cash bar for one hour prior to tip-off, and complimentary beverages and snacks during halftime. Donors receive one Hall of Fame Room or Fastbreak Club pass book for each season ticket (up to 4 seats) as follows:

Hall of Fame Room: $1,500 minimum annual donation to the BAF Fast Break Club: $750 minimum annual donation to the BAF

Suite Rentals


The Hall of Fame Suite is available for rental during men's basketball game. Suite rentals include 20 game tickets, food (one-half hour before tip-off and through half-time), beverage service, and five VIP parking passes. Suites feature 11 extra-wide cushioned seats. Call Steve Mest at (716) 375-2319 for information. Suites are $1000 for Atlantic 10 Conference games or $850 for non-conference games.

Group Sales

Group ticket sales are available for most games. In the 2009-10 season, there will not be any group sales for either the Dayton (Jan. 30) or Richmond (Feb. 13) games. Group sales for all other games can be arranged through the Athletic Ticket Office by phone or in person. A $10 rate is available for groups of 10 or more for bleacher seats and Rows A-L in the upper level depending on the game. There is no discount for $9 price level seats. Special discounts may be offered for games when the University is on breaks. Call (716) 375-2500 for more information or arrangements.

Payment Options / Handling Fees


The Athletic Ticket Office accepts cash, checks, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover for all ticket orders. Checks should be made payable to SBU Ticket Office. A $3 shipping/handling fee is charged on phone orders through the Athletic Ticket Office. Tickets.com has their own fee schedules and you should contact them for details.

Children/Infants

Everyone age 4 and above requires a ticket. Children age 3 and under will be admitted free of charge but must sit on the lap of the accompanying adult and may not occupy a seat as the entire arena is reserved seating.

Special Need Seating

Requests for wheelchair access or special need seating are handled through the Athletic Ticket Office in the Reilly Center and cannot be arranged through Tickets.com. Call (716) 375-2500 and every effort will be made to accommodate those with special needs. This seating is limited and will be sold on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Will Call

Tickets ordered through the Athletic Ticket Office or Tickets.com for pick up at Will Call are available during the Office's normal business hours and then starting two hours prior to home games. The Ticket Office windows are located on the first floor of the Reilly Center directly across from the bookstore. Use the side entrances at the north end of the building across from the Plassmann parking lot or adjacent to the Rob-Fal Dorms. Photo ID is required to pick up tickets. Fans can also leave tickets for others to pick up at the Will Call window on game days.

Entrance To Reilly Center on Game Days

The Reilly Center doors open one hour prior to game time. Fans will not be admitted to the arena prior to this for any reason. Anyone with their game tickets in hand may enter the Reilly Center through the two South entrances near the outdoor Athletic fields. If you need to purchase tickets or pick up a Will Call order, you must enter through the North entrances near the bookstore or Rob-Fal Dormitories. Fans without tickets will not be admitted through the south entrances at any time.

Refunds/Exchanges


All sales are final. There is no refund or exchange once tickets are purchased, so please confirm your order is correct.

Lost/Destroyed Tickets

Once tickets are issued, they are like cash and will not be replaced or refunded if lost, destroyed or stolen. Tickets.com does offer the option of purchasing insurance to replace tickets if you use their site to place your order.

Faculty/Staff Season Ticket Discount

Full-time contract and hourly St. Bonaventure employees are offered season tickets as a taxable employee benefit as outlined below. There is no single game discount available to employees for men's home games. An application must be submitted annually in September to receive employee tickets.

Hourly Staff Policy: Full-time hourly employees may receive two men's basketball season tickets at half price.

Contract Employee Policy: Full-time contract employees may receive two men's basketball season tickets at no charge. The benefit does not pass to the spouse or family members of a deceased employee.

St. Bonaventure Students

Full-time undergraduate students of St. Bonaventure University who pay the student activity fee as part of their tuition are admitted to all men's and women's regular season home basketball games free of charge. A valid student ID card must be presented at the Student Entrance to the Reilly Center (doors facing the Richter Center) on game days starting one hour prior to tip-off to gain free admission. Part-time St. Bonaventure students and graduate students are not admitted free of charge and must purchase a ticket. This policy does not apply to post-season games that St. Bonaventure may host.

Game Day Priority Parking

Parking in "Lot A", which is located on the outdoor basketball courts between the Reilly Center and Richter Center, is by permit only and requires a minimum annual BAF donation of $1,500. Parking in "Lot B", which is located along the road at the south end of the Reilly Center between the Richter Center and the Observatory is by permit only and requires a minimum annual BAF donation of $750. General parking is available in campus parking lots near Plassmann Hall, the Rob-Fal Dorms, Hopkins Hall and Doyle Hall at no cost on a first-come, first-serve basis. Parking is not permitted on grass or other non-designated areas of campus and violators may be towed. For those with impairments, a limited number of parking spots are available behind the Reilly Center and across campus.

Donating Tickets

Fans who do not intend to or cannot use their tickets to an upcoming game can donate them back to the Athletic Department program by mailing them to the St. Bonaventure Athletic Ticket Office, Reilly Center - Room 101, St. Bonaventure, NY 14778. The tickets will be donated to local charitable groups and made available to the "Bona Buddies" program, which allows SBU students to bring the child assigned to them to a game at no cost to the student.

Road Games / Post-Season Games

The Ticket Office also handles post-season tournament requests and tickets to most away men's basketball games. BAF donors are given priority for available tickets. Call (716) 375-2500 for information.
