St. Bonaventure

After four successful years in St. Bonaventure's bullpen, CorySudbrook enters his first year as an assistant coach as a part ofthe Bonnies' staff.

In addition to administrative responsibilities, Sudbrook willassist with infield and outfield defense and assume first basecoaching duties. He will also work with the Bonnies' pitchers ontheir defensive responsibilities.

During his playing career, Sudbrook was a workhorse for theBrown and White, as he tallied at least 19 appearances in each ofhis four years out of the bullpen. He owns the University'sall-time appearances record (84) and has been deeply involved withBonnies baseball for a number of years, as his father has justcompleted his 25th season as head coach.

The Bradford, Pa. native capped his career with 25 appearances,15 strikeouts and two saves in 19.1 innings of work.

Sudbrook graduated in May 2009 with a bachelor's degree inHistory, and completed a master's degree in Secondary Education inthe fall of 2010.
