Tickets ordered through the SBU Ticket Office or online designated for Will Call are available for pick up at the Shults Auto Group Pickup Booth during normal business hours (Monday - Friday, 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.) and two hours prior to men's home basketball games. Tickets are available to be downloaded and printed at home via your Vivenu email confirmation.
The SBU Ticket Office windows are located on the first floor of the Reilly Center directly across from the St. Bonaventure University bookstore. Use the side entrances at the north end of the building across from the Plassmann Hall parking lot or adjacent to the Rob-Fal Dorms. Photo ID is required to pick up tickets. Fans can also leave tickets for others to pick up at the Shults Auto Group Pickup Booth on game days.
