St. Bonaventure

As a Senior (2016-17)
Swam the 1,605, 1,000, 500 and 200-freestyle events at the Atlantic 10 Swimming and Diving Championships ... finished second in 1,000-freestyle at Binghamton (1/14) with a time of 10:06.39 ... member of the 12th-place 800-freestyle relay team (7:08.32) at the Akron Invite (12/2-4) ... finished second in the 100-freestyle (10:18.30) against Colgate (10/22) ...  finished third in the 500-freestyle (4:51.51) against Cleveland State.

As a Junior (2015-16)
Was part of the 800-freestyle relay that took third at the Atlantic 10 Swimming and Diving Championships ... he also competed in the 200-freestyle (1:42.18), the 500-freestyle (4:41.36) and in the 1000-freestyle (10:25.00) at the A-10 Championships ... on 10/3, he competed in the 100-yard backstroke (59.17) at the WNY Invitational and swam the 100-freestyle in the Zippy Invitational on (12/6).

As a Sophomore (2014-15)
Finished 37^th in the 200-yard freestyle with a time of 1:46.58 in the A-10 Swimming and Diving Championships.

As a Freshman (2013-14)
Finished 16th in the 1650-yard freestyle with a time of 16:17.01 at the Atlantic 10 Swimming and Diving Championships.

High School
Placed fifth in the 200 free-style at the state championship during his senior year at Riverside High School … held the team record in the 100, 200, and 500 freestyles.

Personal
Son of Sherry and Robert Szakelyhidi ... his brother, Jonathan, swam at the University of Maryland … chose St. Bonaventure because of the strong swimming team along with the community and campus … majoring in finance.
