As a Sophomore (2013)
Finished ninth overall at the Little Three Invitational as the Bonnies' fifth best runner with time of 19:49.0 as St. Bonaventure captured its first Little Three title in team history … was the fifth best St. Bonaventure runner at the Seton Hill Griffin Classic, finishing 14th with a time of 21:24.4.

As a Freshman (2012) 
Finished in the top four in every race … began the year with a 21:17 5K time and a fourth-place finish for St. Bonaventure at the Little Three Invitational … at National Catholic Championships, ran a time of 19:37 5k, which placed her sixth all-time for St. Bonaventure women … at the Gettysburg Invitational, finished third for the Bonnies with a time of 23:51, the third-fastest in a 6k race in school history … also finished third at the Atlantic 10 Championships when finished with a time of 20:19 … finished the season with a time of 24:21 in a 6k at Northeast Regionals. 

High School
Was a medalist and top 10 finisher at the New York State meet as a senior en route to earning IAC First Team accolades, which she also earned as a junior and sophomore ... as a junior and sophomore, finished in the top 20 at the state meet in her junior and sophomore seasons … set a personal-best 19:54 in the 5k as a sophomore.

Daughter of David and Lisa Russell … has three sisters, Miranda, Carissa and Julia … majoring in biology.
