St. Bonaventure

Venter went 2-0 in singles and 1-0 in doubles action for the Bonnies against Georgetown and Seton Hall last week. Against the Hoyas Tuesday, Venter and teammate Cirkeline Lundberg helped the Bonnies capture the doubles point with a 6-4 win at the top spot.

In singles action, Venter battled back from a set down to defeat Emily Novikov, 3-6, 6-4, 10-3, at No. 1 singles. Against the Pirates Wednesday, Venter once again battled back from a set down at No. 1 singles, defeating Anastasia Sereda, 5-7, 6-0, 6-4.
