Mission Statement

The Varsity B Club unites former St. Bonaventure student-athletes to support today’s Bonnies through connection, mentorship, and philanthropy.

Vision

To foster a lifelong community of St. Bonaventure student-athlete alumni united by pride, purpose, and passion for Bona athletics. The Varsity B Club seeks to celebrate the shared legacy of competition, teamwork, and excellence—connecting generations of Bonnies to support today’s student-athletes and strengthen the future of St. Bonaventure Athletics.

   

What is the Varsity B Club?

The Varsity B Club unites all former St. Bonaventure University student-athletes, managers, and trainers who proudly wore the Brown & White. The club honors the tradition, spirit, and lifelong connection of representing the Bonnies on and off the field.

Our mission and vision are rooted in friendraising and long-term engagement—creating opportunities for alumni to reconnect, celebrate their shared experiences, and make a lasting impact on the future of Bona athletics.

 

Membership

• Who Can Join:
  All former varsity student-athletes
  
  Membership Details:
  Membership in the Varsity B Club is free for all eligible alumni.
  Members are encouraged to make a recurring gift of any amount to the Bonnies Athletic Fund (BAF) as a meaningful way to stay connected and give back.
  
  Recurring gifts—whether $5, $10, or $25 a month—help build long-term engagement by providing consistent support for current student-athletes and the programs that shaped our experiences. Each recurring donor helps ensure that future Bonnies have the same opportunities to compete, grow, and succeed.
  
  The Varsity B Club is about relationships first, and recurring giving is one of the most impactful ways to remain part of the Bonnies community.

Goals of the Varsity B Club

• Reconnect: Build lasting relationships among alumni athletes and friends of the program.

• Engage: Create meaningful opportunities to return to campus, attend games, and reunite with teammates.

• Support: Strengthen the Bonnies community through mentorship, storytelling, and philanthropy.

• Recognize: Celebrate the legacy and accomplishments of former and current student-athletes.

• Sustain: Build a culture of pride and participation that inspires future generations.

1. Join the Club: Complete the registration form 
2. Set Up a Recurring Gift (optional): Support the Bonnies Athletic Fund monthly to stay connected and strengthen Bonnies athletics year-round.
