The Starting Five
1. The St. Bonaventure women's basketball team hopes to get back on track as it travels to Toledo to face-off against the Rockets on Thursday, Nov. 20. Toledo is 2-0 all-time against the Bonnies, with its two last meetings coming in the last two seasons.

2. This season the Brown and White will rely on the depth of their bench this season, something they were unable to do last year. In the game against James Madison, SBU played all 12 players; at one point the team played all four freshman and  its lone sophomore, Imani Outlaw.

3. Katie Healy has continued her stellar play from last season as she is averaging 15 points per game and four rebounds to begin her 2014-15 campaign. The Atlantic 10 preseason first team All-Conference selection registered 20 points in a win against Canisius (Nov. 14). Last Sunday, the Lancaster, N.Y. native, scored 10 points against James Madison.

4. Returning to the Bonnies line-up is Gabby Richmond, who was forced to miss the final nine games in 2013-14 due to an injury. Richmond has started both games this year and has notched 15 points and 11 rebounds.

5. The junior guard, Nyla Rueter, has been lights out from the free-throw line to begin the 2014-15 season, shooting a perfect 10-10 from the stripe.

When They Last Met
The St. Bonaventure women's basketball team fell to Toledo on Sunday (Dec. 15) by a score of 64-62. Katie Healy led the Bonnies with a then career-high 25 points and also brought down six boards. Gabby Richmond continued to get close to her first double-double as she scored 17 points and nine rebounds in the set-back. The Bonnies had possession of the ball coming out of a team timeout with 31 seconds remaining, but failed to convert with 11 seconds to go as a jump-shot would not go, and Toledo grabbed control of the rebound and rushed down court to convert on a jumper from senior guard Janelle Reed-Lewis to put the Rockets in front by two with two seconds left. St. Bonaventure would run out of time in this one and fall late to Toledo.
