St. Bonaventure will kick off the 2021-22 men's and women's basketball seasons with Bona Fan Jam on Friday, Oct. 22 at 7:00 in the Reilly Center.

All of the action will be inside the Reilly Center arena and will include a dunk contest, three-point shootout, skills competition, team videos, and player introductions.

There is no admission fee, but all fans are required to register and claim free Fan Jam tickets. Tickets must be shown in order to be admitted to Fan Jam. There is no limit on the number of requested tickets. Fans who have not previously ordered any kind of digital tickets from St. Bonaventure will need to create an account. The Reilly Center's lighting, sound and ventilation systems were upgraded this past summer as part of a multi-million dollar improvement project. Bona Fan Jam will be the first official event with spectators since the start of the pandemic.

St. Bonaventure's basketball teams officially began practices last week. The Bona men return all five starters from last year's Atlantic 10 regular season and tournament champions. Head coach Mark Schmidt welcomes nine new players to the roster this year. The Bonnies' women's program also has a new look this fall with eight new players in addition to seven returners led by seniors Asianae Johnson, Tori Harris and I'yanna Lops.
