ST. BONAVENTURE, N.Y. – The St. Bonaventure University women's tennis team won its second consecutive match Sunday afternoon against Mercyhurst, 5-2.

The Bonnies were able to take the doubles point to begin play, winning at the No. 2 and No. 3 spots.

Alexandra Jansson and Emily Stanley paired up for a 6-1 win over Naomi Jahr and Nadja Ostojic at No. 2 while Floor Lissone and Amelia Haley bested a duo from Mercyhurst, 6-2, at No. 3.

In singles action, the Bonnies earned wins at the top four spots to secure Sunday's victory. Jansson, Haley, Lissone and Anastasia Gubanova all won in straight sets for the Brown and White.

The Bonnies are back in action Saturday, March 5 at Bucknell. The match is slated to begin at 2:00 p.m.
