The GoBonnies.com Athletes of the Week presented by CPL for the week ending Aug. 26 are men's soccer junior Jules Dechert and women's soccer senior Mackenzie Nolan. 
 
Dechert played all 180 minutes of the first two games for the Brown and White allowing just one goal. The native of France made five saves and posted a clean sheet in the opener with Houston Christian. 
 
Dechert followed up the impressive performance with six more saves against Incarnate Word helping the Bonnies to a 1-1 draw. 
 
Mackenzie Nolan recorded her first career shutout on Thursday against Marist. The senior from Hilton, N.Y. made six saves in the 0-0 draw. 
 
Nolan got the nod to start in goal for the first time since her freshman year in the shortened spring season of 2021 where she played every minute. She also started and played in the first half in the 1-1 draw with Detroit Mercy on Sunday. 
 
Both teams host games this week with women's soccer set to host Niagara on Thursday and men's soccer matches up with Central Connecticut State at the Marra Athletics Complex on Friday.
