QUOTES FROM HEAD COACH DONNY GEORGE
"Tonight's result was tough to take because I really believe we didn't deserve to lose. The girls were extremely competitive throughout the game, and I'm proud of the effort they put in. We created chances in both the first and second halves, and we were in it until the very end."
"At the end of the day, it came down to being on the wrong side of the result. But the fight and resilience we showed are signs of growth. We'll keep building and learning from this, and we'll come back stronger."
UP NEXT
The Bonnies travel to Philadelphia for a rare Saturday matchup with Saint Joseph's Oct. 12. Kickoff is set for 1:00 p.m.
