The GoBonnies.com Student-Athletes of the Week presented by CPL for the week ending Nov. 10, 2024 are women's basketball freshman Mackenzie Pettinelli and men's basketball senior Chance Moore.

Pettinelli tallied 14 points to go along with six rebounds and six assists in a team-high 35 minutes in her collegiate debut, helping the Bonnies to an 82-61 win over Binghamton Saturday afternoon.

Pettinelli finished the contest shooting 83.3 percent (5-for-6) from the field and 80.0 percent (4-for-5) from behind the arc. The freshman also added two steals on the defensive end.
A native of Collegeville, Pa., her 14 points were the most by a Bonnies freshman in their collegiate debut since Asianae Johnson scored 13 points against Niagara in the 2018-19 season opener.

Moore was outstanding in his first week as a Bonnie, helping the men's basketball team to a pair of victories.

The Brookhaven, Ga. native averaged 22.5 points and 7.5 rebounds while shooting 58 percent from the floor. He drained 27 points in a win at rival Canisius and also had three blocks and six rebounds on Saturday. In the opener vs. CSUN last Monday, he tallied a game-high 18 points along with nine boards, three assists and two steals.
