WASHINGTON, D.C. – St. Bonaventure University women's basketball freshman Zoe Shaw has been selected as the Atlantic 10 Rookie of the Week, conference officials announced Monday.

Monday's honor marks the second time this season Shaw has been recognized as A-10 Rookie of the Week, earning her first accolades Dec. 23.

Shaw averaged 20.5 points, 5.5 rebounds and 2.5 assists per game while shooting 60.7 percent from the floor and 44.4 percent from beyond the arc over two contests last week for the Bonnies.

Wednesday at Saint Joseph's, Shaw registered 19 points to go with six rebounds and four assists, finishing the game shooting 8-for-14 from the field.

She followed that performance with a new career-high of 22 points Saturday afternoon at Fordham. Shaw shot 9-for-14 from the floor and grabbed five rebounds in 38 minutes.

For the year, Shaw is averaging 10.1 points, 4.5 rebounds and 2.0 assists in 33.7 minutes per game.

Shaw has really shined during Atlantic 10 play this season, averaging 15.0 points, 4.3 rebounds and 2.0 assists per game while shooting 45.8 percent from the floor and 50.0 percent from three-point range.

The Bonnies return to action Wednesday, Jan. 29 against La Salle at the Reilly Center.
