Started off the season on a strong note setting a personal-record at the Duquesne Duals with a time of 29:33...Finished 21st overall at the Little 3 Invitational September 25 in Buffalo...Shaved over three minutes off overall time at the Atlantic 10 Championship from his freshman year.
As a Freshman (2009)
Was the only rookie on the 2009 squad … ran a 33:44.7 at the A-10 Championship (Oct. 31) … ran a 30:48.9 at the National Catholic Invitational (Sept. 21) … ran a 30:40.97 at the Binghamton Invitational (Sept. 12).
High School
Ran cross country and track four years … as a senior and junior was MVP cross country…as a junior, ran in states for track in the two-mile and 4x8.
