As A Junior (2024-25) | XC Meets & Times | Track Meets & Times
Cross Country
- Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll honoree
- Enjoyed a breakout season, placing in the team's top-seven in every meet
- Placed fifth on the team with a 5K PR of 16:15.4 at the Little Three Championship (9/6)
- Ran second on the team and finished 27th out of 261 competitors at the University of Rochester Invitational, running the 8K course in 27:02.8 (9/21)
- Set a new PR and finished second on the team at the Atlantic 10 Championships with an effort of 26:10.2 (11/2)
- Qualified for the NCAA Northeast Regionals, running the 10K in 33:33.1 (11/15)
Track
- Set a new indoor mile PR (4:30.47) as well as outdoor bests in the 5000 meters (15:12.27) and 1500 (4:12.79)
- Qualified for the Atlantic 10 Championships in both indoor and outdoor for the 5000 meters
As A Sophomore (2023-24) | XC Meets & Times | Track Meets & Times
Cross Country
- Placed in the team’s top-seven four times during the fall season
- Finished third on the team and 11th overall with a 5K PR of 16:36.7 at the Little Three Championship (9/1)
- Logged a new 8K PR of 26:52.5 at the Aubrey Shenk Invitational in Gettysburg (10/14)
- Qualified for Atlantic 10 Championships and finished in the team scoring with a time of 26:59.11 (10/28)
Track
- Ran a program top-five time for the indoor 3000 meters with a mark of 9:05.03 at Cornell (2/17)
- Set new outdoor PRs in both the 800 (2:12.34) and 1500 (4:13.81) at the Brockport Multis (4/15)
- Turned in a new 5000 outdoor PR mark of 15:54.26 at the Colonial Relays (4/5)
As A Freshman (2022-23) | XC Meets & Times | Track Meets & Times
Cross Country
- Competed in four events during the fall season
- Posted an 8K PR time of 28:07.03 at the Anderson Invitational (9/24)
Track
- Qualified for the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Championships, posting a PR 5000 time of 16:06.12 (5/7)
- Recorded a season-best outdoor mark in the 3000 of 9:10.18 (4/29)
- Qualified for the A-10 Indoor Championships for the 3000, running a time of 9:14.07 (2/25)
- Logged a season-best mile time of 4:47.19 in the Brockport Multis (2/3)
High School
Two-time all-star in cross country and named Tri-Valley First Team ... helped track team to a sectional title ... earned Scholar Athlete honors ... also played hockey.
