St. Bonaventure

Cross country head coach Bob Macfarlane announced the additionof Chris Wood as an assistant coach in August 2010 and he entershis third season with the Bonnies in 2012.

Wood, who returns for his third stint at St. Bonaventure, ran onthe Bonnies' cross country team from 1997-2000.

Following his athletic career, he served in the U.S. Army from2002-2007 as an Infantry officer with the 101st Airborne Division,where he earned the rank of Captain.

He returned to St. Bonaventure for the 2008 and 2009 seasons tocoach under Tom Hagen. Currently, he is employed by GrahamPackaging Company of York, Pa., and resides in Olean, N.Y. with hiswife.
