As a Sophomore (2015)
Finished the Atlantic 10 Championship course in 29:16.3 (10/31) ... turned in best 8K time of the year at the Harry F. Anderson Invitational in Rochester with a 28:37.8 (9/12) ... finished in 17:48.9 in the Little Three Invitational 5K (9/5). 

As a Freshman (2014)
Competed in the Little 3 Championship  … came in 26th in the UB Stampede in a season-best 29:13.9 … ran a 31:30 at the Penn State Spiked Shoe event … came in 104th out of 233 runners in the Harry F. Anderson as he trimmed his time back down to 29:19.6 … finished 55th in 29:54 at the Albany Invite … ran a 29:40.8 in the Atlantic 10 Championship. 

High School:
Three-year letterwinner in both cross country and track at Glenn Falls High School … finished 12th at the league competition with a program record 17:09 and 31st at sectionals with an 18:09 his senior year … ran a program-best 3200m and 1600m time his final campaign under coach Larry Woods … as a freshman he shattered the program’s 800m record time by 14 seconds, finishing in 2:39.
