As a Senior (2015)
Completed his career with a time of 35:44 over the 10K Franklin Park Course in Boston at the NCAA Northeast Regional Championships (11/13) ... finished 117th at Atlantic 10 Championships with an 8K time of 27:50.0 (10/31) ... took fourth for the team at the Great Dane Invitational with a mark of 28:01.5 (10/17) ... completed the Harry F. Anderson Invitational with a time of 27:37.7 (9/26).

As a Junior (2014)
Finished 16th in the Little 3 Championship … ran a 29:05.2 in the UB Stampede Invitational … ran a 29:02 in the Penn State Spiked Shoe event, finishing in 69th overall and third on the Bonnies … came in 56th out of 233 runners in the Harry F. Anderson Invitational in 27:44.1 … cut his time to a season-best 28:42 in the Albany Invite the following race … competed in both the Atlantic 10 Championship and the Northeast Regional Championship for the Bonnies.

As a Sophomore (2013)
Finished with the eighth best time on the team and 116th overall, coming in at 30:09.3 at the Atlantic 10 Championships ... finished in 30th place with a time of 17:51.8 at the Little Three Invitational … was the seventh-best runner for the Brown and White at the Seton Hill Griffin Classic, finishing in 16th place with a time of 31:37.9.

As a Freshman (2012) 
Had his best finish all season when his time of 17:00 in the 5K placed him second on the team in the Little Three Invitational … recorded his fastest 8k time of the season with a 28:15 finish at National Catholic Championships at Notre Dame … his 29:43 finish at Atlantic 10 Championships, fourth on the team concluded the season with a 35:41 finish at the Northeast Regionals.

High School
As a senior at Williamsville North, he won the ECIC's large-school division and the local Old Home Days 5K ... earned All-Western New York Second Team honors and finished third in sectionals as he served as team captain as a senior ... as a junior, he won four dual-meet races, ECIC's large-school division, the All-Amherst Championship and qualified for states in Class AA – the highest level in New York State ... during his sophomore campaign, he was named to the Second Team All-ECIC and was a State Class A qualifier ... also lettered in track and basketball.
