• Finished career ranking in the program top-10 in eight track events, including the top outdoor 4x800 team time
• Set a new indoor 1000 PR time (2:40.42) at Cornell (2/18)
• Posted a new 3000 indoor best (10:33.54) at Houghton (1/21)

• Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll selection
• Ran an 8K PR of 27:59.8 at the Anderson Invitational (9/25)
• Posted 5K PR mark of 17:45.85 at the Little Three Championship (9/3)

• Registered top-10 outdoor program times for the 800 (2:00.91) and 1500 (4:08.50)
• Also established program top-10 indoor program times for the 800 (2:05.29), 1000 (2:48.20), mile (4:43.60) and the record-setting 4000 DMR (11:07.74)

• Posted two PR’s at UB in the 800 meters and 1500 meters, with times of 2:09.18 and 4:24.81 (4/17) 

As A Freshman (2019-20) | XC Meet-by-Meet Times
Cross Country

• Competed in four events during the fall season
• Finished the 8K with a PR time of 28:58.2 at the Anderson Invitational (9/21)
• Ran a 18:46.8 5K at Little Three Championship, in collegiate debut (8/30)

2018 NYSPHSAA Championship qualifier ... qualified for the N.Y. Eastern High School Championship in nordic skiing ... served as the Vice President of the National Honor Society.
