Spent two seasons at Parkland College under coach Marc Sikora … guided the Cobras to a 13-4 record his sophomore season, helping his team finish No. 22 in the final NJCAA poll.

High School/Club:
 Captured a district championship in four playoff appearances at South Broward High School … played club soccer for Hollywood West Select under coach Carlos Enrique Ortega.

Personal:
 Son of Rolando Monte de Oca and Teresa Perez … member of the Science National Honor Society … also competed in football and track in high school … majoring in sports studies.
