As A Junior (2024-25) | Personal Bests

• Helped the 800-freestyle relay to a fourth-place finish at Atlantic 10 Championships
• Placed fourth in the 500-freestyle vs Cleveland State (1/17)
• Finished fourth in the 200-butterfly vs Cornell (11/9)
• Took second in the 200-butterfly vs Niagara (10/5)

As A Sophomore (2023-24) | Personal Bests

• Helped the 800-freestyle relay to a new program-best time of 6:28.35 at Atlantic 10 Championships
• Placed 13^th with a time of 4:31.37 in the 500-freestyle at A-10 Championships
• Finished 13^th in the 200-butterfly at A-10 Championships with a time of 1:50.90
• Placed second in the 500-freestyle vs Canisius (1/27) 

At Minnesota
Took first in the 500 free (4:39.19) and 200 fly (1:53.00) at the St. Thomas/South Dakota State Tri-Dual.... Placed third in the 500 free (4:47.58) and fourth in the 1000 free (9:53.43) at the South Dakota Dual... Earned first in the 500 free (4:29.44), second in the 200 fly (1:50.68) and third in the 400 IM (4:04.86) at the First Chance Meet. 

High School
Attended Saguaro High School where he earned four letters in swimming … helped his team to a state championship as a junior, its first in 41 years … member of relay state champion as a junior and took home an individual state title as a sophomore … four-time team MVP and was a team captain … part of two school record relay teams and finished career in the top three of four individual events … was a four-time winner of the Scholar-Athlete Award … swam at the club level for Phoenix Swim Club since 2016 … twice won the team's Coaches Award

Son of Shalayne and Matt Smith... has three siblings Bronson, Faith, and Treyton... His father swam at the University of Iowa... majoring in computer science.
