St. Bonaventure

As a Junior (2009-10)

Finished 10th in the 1-meter dive at the Atlantic 10 Championships with a score of 214.40.  Placed seventh in the 3-meter dive with a score of 242.15 at the A-10’s.  Posted a season-high score of 271.85, taking first place in the 3-meter dive in the Bonnie’s win over Georgetown.   Also, scored a season-high 264.45 in the 1-meter dive in the Brown and White victory over Little Three rival Canisius. 

As A Sophomore (2008-09)
Finished thirteenth in the 1-meter dive and the 3-meter dive at the Atlantic 10 championships... Scored a personal season-high in the 1-meter dive with a score of 258 against Buffalo and a 266.10 in the 3-meter dive against Canisius.

As A Freshman (2007-08)
Provided the Bonnies with depth on the boards during first season with the club.

High School
As a senior posted a high score of 279 in the one meter and went to states ... coached by Mac ... also was on the gymnastics team, coached by Jim Lutlenger.

Personal
Born on July 24, 1989 ... son of Chris and Kim Herzog ... has one sister, Emily (15) ... won the swim team's leadership award in high school ... enjoys snowboarding and paintball ... undecided on a major.
