As A Sophomore (2023-24) | XC Meets & Times | Track Meets & Times
Cross Country
- Competed in one event during the fall season due to injury, posting an 8K time of 28:21.8 for a new PR at the Lock Haven Invitational (9/23)
Track
- Posted a top-10 program time for the indoor mile at Youngstown State with a PR mark of 4:31.55 (2/2)
- Qualified for the Atlantic 10 Indoor Championships and ran a mile time of 4:38.32 at the conference meet (2/24)
- Set a new outdoor 800 PR of 2:08.68 at the UB Invitational (4/20)
- Ran a new personal best in the outdoor 1500 of 4:09.61 at the Brockport Invitational (4/14)
- Qualified for the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Championships and registered a 1500 time of 4:11.84 at the conference meet (5/4)

- Competed in four events during the fall season with an 8K PR time of 29:11.2 set at the Geneseo Invitational (10/1)
Track
- Ran the 800, mile and 4x400 during indoor season and the 1500, 3000 and 3000-meter steeplechase during outdoor season
