Track

• Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll selection
• Qualified for the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Championships in the 800 and 1500
• Helped set the program 4x800 record at A-10 Outdoor Championships (5/7)
• Posted a new outdoor 800 PR time (1:58.27) in the Red Flash Open (4/29)
• Competed in the 800 and distance medley relay at the Atlantic 10 Indoor Championships
• Set a new mile indoor PR time (4:36.36) at Cornell (2/18)

As A Sophomore (2021-22) | XC Meets & Times 

• Placed in Bona's scoring seven four times during the fall season
• Came across the finish line fifth for the team at the Atlantic 10 Championship with an 8K time of 28:24.5 (10/30)
• Finished with a PR 8K time of 27:23.4 at the Anderson Invitational (9/25)
• Made Bonnies cross country debut and immediately made an impact, placing fifth on the team and 10th overall with a time of 16:32.24 at the Little Three Championship (9/3)

• Did not compete due to injury





 

High School
Three-time state qualifier in cross country ... also qualified for states twice in track ... won the 2019 1600m indoor championship ... part of 2019 New Balance Nationals 4x800 champions ... two-year team captain ... named to ECIC First Team ... also played baseball.
