• Represented the team in the 3000 meters at Atlantic 10 Indoor Championships, running a time of 8:27.39 to finish 16th out of 27 competitors (3/1)
• Scored the team's top finish at the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Championships by running 11th in the 5000 meters at 14:38.35 (5/4)

Cross Country

• Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll selection
• Led the Bonnies in all five events competed in during the fall season
• Won the Little Three Championship by taking the meet victory with a program 5K record time of 15:02.0, shattering the Delaware Course record by 30 seconds (9/3)
• Set a new program 8K record time of 24:16.3 in the Lock Haven Invitational, finishing seventh in the meet out of 265 competitors (9/23)
• Helped lead the Bonnies to a second-place finish out of 26 teams at the Aubrey Shenk Invitational in Gettysburg by placing third out of 236 competitors with an 8K run of 24:39.7 in rainy conditions (10/14)
• Ran Bona's fastest-ever Atlantic 10 Championship time of 24:53.8 to place 33rd out of 141 competitors for the top finish by a Bonnies men's runner in at least two decades (10/28)
• Shattered the school 10K record by over a minute, running the NCAA Northeast Regional course in 31:07.3 to claim the school's 5K, 8K and 10K program record marks (11/10)

Track

• Registered a new school record for the 5000 meters in the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Championships as his time of 14:25.58 was good for 12th of 38 qualifiers in the conference meet (5/5)

Cross Country

• Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll selection
• Ran in every event during the fall season, leading the team in each meet
• Established a new school record in four straight meets, running a PR 5K in the Little Three Championship to start the year (15:16.3) and a best 8K run of 25:21.1 at the Canisius Classic
• Earned Atlantic 10 Performer of the Week honors after setting a pace of 25:26.2 to finish fourth overall and lead the team to a fourth-place finish at the Anderson Invitational (9/24)
• Bested his A-10 Championship freshman time by over a full minute, placing 71st at 25:49.6 (10/29)

Track

• Finished ninth in the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Championships for the 5000 with a school record time of 14:41.09 (5/7)
• Ran a PR of 4:04.28 in the 1500 at the Red Flash Open (4/29)
• Set a new school record in the 3000 at the Atlantic 10 Indoor Championships (2/25)
• Clocked a new mile PR time of 4:20.94 at RIT (2/10)

Cross Country

• Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll selection
• Became the first Bonnies cross country student-athlete, men's or women's, to earn Atlantic 10 weekly awards three times when he claimed the A-10 Rookie of the Week crown for the third time (9/28)
• Finished in the team's top-three in every event and led the team all but once 
• Led the team at the Atlantic 10 Championship with an 8K time of 26:47.8 (10/30)
• Ran a Bonnies all-time program top-five time for the third consecutive meet with the fourth-fastest 8K time in school history after clocking in at 26:10 and finishing 12th out of 200 runners at the Anderson Invitational (9/25)
• Became the first Bonnies men's runner to ever earn Atlantic 10 Rookie of the Week honors in back-to-back weeks after running the fifth-fastest individual 8K time in school history, 26:16, and finishing eighth out of 71 runners at the Watts Invitational (9/11)
• Made an immediate splash, posting the second-fastest 5K time in program history, and best in an official event, with a second-place run at the Little Three Championship after crossing the line in 15:42.79 (9/3)

• Set the program outdoor records for the 3000 (8:53.16) and 5000 (14:56.29)
• Established the new school 5000 record at Atlantic 10 Outdoor Championships (5/8)

High School
Won four invitationals as a senior ... set school record three different times in 3.1-mile races during 2020 ... finished 17th in Ohio Division I state meet, posting a time of 15:55 to earn All-State honors ... two-time conference meet champion ... 15:52 PR as a senior ... two-time Greater Akron All-Star and two-time Academic All-Ohio honoree ... played basketball and baseball as well, earning First Team All-City honors in baseball.
