Cross Country

• Finished in team’s top seven in all but one meet during the fall season
• Placed fourth on the team and 12^th overall at the Little Three Championship with a 5K time of 16:38.1 (9/1)
• Set a new 8K PR and finished fourth on the team at 26:23.4 in the Lock Haven Invitational (9/28)
• Qualified for the NCAA Northeast Regionals and registered a 10K time of 34:48.2 (11/10)

• Competed in the mile, 1500, 5000 and 10,000 meters
• Registered an indoor mile PR of 4:42.28 at RIT (1/26)

Cross Country

• Competed in every event during the fall season, finishing in the team's top seven in all but one meet
• Placed fifth on the team and ran a 5K PR of 16:21.3 at the Little Three Championship (9/3)
• Clocked in fifth on the team with an 8K PR of 27:04.3 at the Anderson Invitational (9/24)

• Qualified for the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Championships in the 10,000 (34:29.16) (5/6)
• Qualified for the A-10 Indoor Championships in the 5000 and ran a PR of 15:49.98 (2/25)
• Registered a 10,000 PR of 32:59.30 in the Geneseo Early Season Invitational (4/2)

As A Freshman (2021-22) | XC Meets & Times | Track Meets & Times
Cross Country

• Registered a spot in the team's scoring seven in five meets during the fall season
• Placed sixth on the team and 26th out of 71 competitors at the Watts Invitational, finishing the 8K course in 27:41 (9/11)
• Finished just outside the team scoring in first collegiate meet, finishing the Little Three Championship 5K in 16:53.06 (9/3)

• Ran program top-10 outdoor times in the 3000 (9:08.92), 5000 (15:53.25) and 10,000 (33:47.43)
• Established program top-10 indoor times in the 3000 (9:36.91) and 5000 (15:56.74)
