As A Sophomore (2022-23) | XC Meets & Times | Track Meets & Times
Cross Country
- Ran in every event during the fall season, posting PR times in the 5K (17:06.8) and 8K (27:28.8)
- Qualified for the Atlantic 10 Championship, clocking in at 28:00.1 (10/29)
TrackÂ
- Competed in the 5000 during outdoor season as well as the 3000 and mile during indoor season
- Qualified for Atlantic 10 Indoor Championships in the 3000, running a PR mark of 9:13.58 (2/25)
As A Freshman (2021-22) | XC Meets & Times | Track Meets & Times

- Competed in four fall events with a personal best 5K time of 17:49.90 and 8K mark of 29:57

- Competed in the 400 and 800 meters

Captain of cross country and distance track team at West Chester East High ... top 400 time of 52.66, 800 time of 2:03.08 and mile time of 4:57.
