- Posted a new 8K PR of 27:05.6 at the Aubrey Shenk Invitational (10/14)
Track
- Competed in the 5000 meters during indoor season with a best time of 16:47.99 at Youngstown State (2/2)

- Ran the 3000 and 5000 during indoor season and the 1500 and 3000 during outdoor season
- Posted a new 1500 PR outdoor time at the UB Invitational (4/22)
- Scored a new PR in the indoor 5000 at Cornell (2/18)
As A Freshman (2021-22) | XC Meets & Times | Track Meets & Times
Cross Country
- Placed seventh on the team at the Canisius Classic following an 8K time of 28:30.5 (10/16)
- Finished first collegiate 8K in a time of 28:26 at the Watts Invitational (9/11)
- Made Bonnies debut by finishing the Little Three Championship 5K course in 17:01.18, finishing 16th overall (9/3)
Track
- Ran a program top-10 outdoor time for the 3000 (9:37.92) at Roberts Wesleyan (4/29)
High School
Team won the 2021 Section II cross country championship ... Honor Roll student ... 4:36 mile PR.Â
