Cross Country

• Competed in four meets during the fall season
• Recorded an 8K PR time of 27:40.7 at the Anderson Invitational (9/24)

• Ran a PR with a top-five program time at Atlantic 10 Outdoor Championships in the 800, finishing in 1:58.70 (5/7)
• Helped set a new school 4x800 record at A-10 Outdoor Championships (5/7)
• Qualified for the Atlantic 10 Indoor Championships, posting a time of 2:40.27 in the 1000 (2/26).

As A Sophomore (2021-22) | XC Meets & Times | Track Meets & Times
Cross Country

• Competed in four events during the fall season
• Placed in the team's scoring seven at the Watts Invitational with an 8K PR effort of 27:55 (9/11)
• Posted a PR 5K time of 16:56 at the Little Three Championship (9/3)

• Set a program top-10 outdoor time for the 800 meters (2:00.68)
• Also registered a program top-10 indoor mark in the 1000 (2:37.66) as well as the mile (4:44.54)
• Qualified for the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Championships in the 800 and 4x800 relay

As A Freshman (2020-21) | Track Meets & Times
Track

• Broke the previous school record and posted the second-fastest time of the season for the team in the 1500 meters at 4:07.68 in the Atlantic 10 Championships (5/2)
• Posted the 5th-best individual 800-meter time in program history with a PR effort of 2:02.11 in the Atlantic 10 Championships (5/1)
• Ran the fifth-fastest individual program time in the 1500 meters at the UB Saturday Invite at 4:12.55 (4/17) 
• Made collegiate track debut in the 800 meters at UB, capturing the seventh-fastest 800-meter time in Bonnies history with a mark of 2:04.09 (3/24) 

High School
Named All-League four times for cross country success at Westhampton Beach High ... also a three-time All-League pick in track ... helped cross country team to back-to-back county championships as a junior and again as a senior ... named to the 2019 All-County Academic Cross Country team.

Son of Jennifer and John Ryan ... adolescence education major ... has three siblings: Jack, Kate and Sean ... brother, Jack, ran at Davidson and now coaches his former high school squad ... father played basketball at Binghamton and mother ran at Manhattan.
