Finished first in all of the Bonnies' six meets ... set a personal-record at the Albany Invitational (Oct. 16) with a time of 26:44 ... placed third in the Little 3 Invitational (Sept. 25) in Buffalo ... ended collegiate career running a 27:03 at the Atlantic 10 Championship in Pittsburgh.

As a Junior (2009)
Was the top finisher for the Bonnies in five out of six races this season, including the A-10 Championship … ran a 29:51.5 at the A-10 Championship (Oct. 31) … ran a season-best 27:42 at the Little 3 Championship (Sept. 26) … finished 98th at the National Catholic Invitation with a time 28:00 (Sept. 21).

High School
Cross country, indoor and outdoor track four years…as a senior won MVP in Cross Country…Coadis Award for indoor track … as a junior and sophomore was a Small School League champion in spring track.
