Cross Country

• Placed in team’s top three in every meet he competed in during fall season
• Finished 10^th overall and helped the Bonnies be the top-finishing collegiate team at the Aubrey Shenk Invitational in Gettsyburg with his 8K time of 25:16.6 which stands third individually in program history (10/14)
• Registered an 81^st place finish at the Atlantic 10 Championship with his run of 25:50.98 (10/28)

• Jumped to second in school history for the outdoor 1500 with his time of 4:02.31 at William & Mary
• Set a new Bonnies school record for the indoor 3000 meters at the Atlantic 10 Championships with a run of 8:32.64
• Recorded the second-fastest 5000 outdoor time in school history at the Atlantic 10 Championships as he crossed the stripe in 14:52.95
• Posted the third-fastest individual SBU indoor 800-meter time of 1:58.28 at Youngstown State
• Moved to third on the indoor mile Bonnies leaderboard with his PR of 4:20.07 at the SPIRE Collegiate Games

As A Junior (2022-23) | XC Meets & Times | Track Meets & Times
Cross Country

• Ran in every event during the fall season, finishing in the team's top five three times
• Placed second on the team in the Geneseo Invite and Canisius Alumni Classic
• Set a new 8K PR time (26:08.0) at Geneseo (10/1)
• Turned in a third-place team finish at the A-10 Championship (10/29)

Track

• Qualified for the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Championships in both the 800 and 1500, setting PR times in both events (5/7)
• Recorded a new PR in the mile at the A-10 Indoor Championships (2/25)

As A Sophomore (2021-22) | XC Meets & Times | Track Meets & Times
Cross Country

• Finished in team's top-five in every meet during the fall season
• Placed fourth on the team at the Atlantic 10 Championship with an 8K time of 27:38.6 (10/30)
• Posted an 8K PR of 26:53.5 at the Live in Louisville Classic (10/2)
• Rank a 5K best of 16:05.67 at the Little Three Championship (9/3)

• Set the program outdoor record for the 800 with a time of 1:58.46 at UB (4/23)
• Established a new school indoor record for the 1000 at the A-10 Championships, running a mark of 2:36.43 (2/26)
• Led the team at A-10 Outdoor Championships in the 1500 with his time of 4:10.89 (5/8)
• Also posted a program top-10 indoor time for the mile (4:44.68) at the Houghton Invite (1/22)

As A Freshman (2020-21) | Track Meets & Times
Cross Country

• Ran in the only meet of the season, the Atlantic 10 championship and placed fourth on the team with a time of 27:50 (3/5)

Track

• Set two school program records at the Atlantic 10 Championships
• Posted an SBU record time of 4:05.46 in the 1500 meters at A-10 Championships (5/2)
• Recorded a program record mark of 2:00.14 in the 800 meters at the conference meet (5/1)
• Made collegiate track debut at UB, capturing the second-fastest time in the Bonnies track record book in both the 800 and 500 meters, marks of 2:01.58 and 4:11.54 (3/24) 

High School
Named North East High's best male cross country and track athlete honors ... also played basketball ... turned in a PR 5K time of 15:18 ... took second at states in the 4x800 as a junior.
