As A Freshman (2011)
Ran a personal record of 19:45 at the Mount St. Mary’s invitational … deepened that record to 19:44 at the UB Stampede … ran consistently in the 19:00s throughout the season … led the women’s team at the A10 Championships in North Carolina (98th place, 19:55) … named on the A10 Commissioner’s Honor Roll 2011.
High School
Gowanda High School Cross Country MVP for five straight seasons … NYSPHSAA Championship qualifier in 2009 and 2010 … placed top 25 at States in 2009 and top 50 in 2010 … captain for the 2009 and 2010 seasons … earned the Section 6 Sportsmanship Award for Class B Cross Country in 2010 … one of three female cross country runners from Gowanda to run a time in the 19:00s … won the 2010 Super 8 Track & Field Meet Girls MVP and the 2011 Joe Paterniti Sportsmanship Award … holds school records in the 2000m steeplechase (7:35), 800m run (2:16.52), 1500m run (4:43.48), pole vault and 4X800m race.

Received 2010 First Team All-Western New York honors ... earned team MVP honors for four straight seasons and served as the team captain in her final cross country season ... also a two-time track MVP ... named president of the National Honor Society ... editor of her school's yearbook ... four-year member of the High Honor Roll.
