- Recorded a new outdoor PR in the 400 with a program top-five time of 1:04.76 as well as a personal best in the outdoor 800 (2:30.82)
As A Freshman (2022-23) | XC Meets & Times | Track Meets & Times
Cross Country
- Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll member
- Competed in four events during the fall season
- Ran a 5K PR time of 21:50.8 at the Little Three Championship (9/3)

- Ran the 400 (1:05.76) and 800 (2:43.43) meters and also competed in the 4x400

Won the Section V championship for the 4x800 as a junior ... also played basketball and soccer.
Personal
Daughter of Donna and Scott Trost ... has two brothers, Henry, who is a member of the Bonnies men's cross country/track teams, and Garrett.
