St. Bonaventure

As a Junior (2014-15)
Swam in the 50 Yard Freestyle, 100 Yard Backstroke and 200 Yard Backstroke, and competed in the 200 Yard Freestyle Relay team in the Atlantic 10 Swimming and Diving Championships.

As a Sophomore (2013-14)
Had season best times against Duquesne and La Salle in the both the 100-yard backstroke (1:03.17) and the 200-yard backstroke (2:11.04).

As a Freshman (2012-13)
Placed fifth in the 200-yard backstroke with a time of 2:11.67, finished in fifth in the 400-yard freestyle relay, came in sixth in the 200-yard freestyle relay, placed seventh in the 400-yard medley relay and finished in 11th place in the 100-yard backstroke with a time of 1:03.25 at the Quad Meet against Butler, Duquesne, La Salle and Xavier.

High School 
Earned an all-state and all-conference selection as a senior ... qualified for the Illinois state championship meet in the 100-yard backstroke, 200-yard medley relay and 200-yard freestyle relay, breaking the school record in each of the relays during her final year ... was named as an all-conference choice in each of her four years, helping guide her Deerfield team to a conference championship in each of those four seasons.

Daughter of Tom Scanlan and Melissa Pontikes ... has a sibling, Kellen... majoring in political science.
