Cross Country

• Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll selection
• Competed in all five meets during the fall season

• Qualified for Atlantic 10 Outdoor Championships, competing in the 1500 meters with a PR time of 5:06.97 (5/7)
• Qualified for the Atlantic 10 Indoor Championships, running the 3000 meters with a PR effort of 11:13.36 (2/26)

As A Sophomore (2021-22) | XC Meets & Times | Track Meets & Times
Cross Country

• Competed in five meets during the fall season, finishing in the team's top-seven in every event
• Posted a 6K PR of 26:28 at the Edinboro Invitational (9/11)
• Placed third on the team at the Anderson Invitational with a time of 20:56.3 (9/25)

• Turned in top-10 program times in the outdoor 1500 (5:08.41), 3000 (11:30.21)
• Also set top-10 program marks in the indoor mile (5:48.38) and 3000 (11:30.67), establishing a new school record in the 3000 meters

High School
Three-time qualifier for the state cross country meet ... also a state championship qualifier in track for the 1600 meters as well as the 4x800 relay ... part of the District 9 4x800 meter relay championship team as a senior ... placed sixth at the Pittsburgh Red, White and Blue cross country invitational as a junior ... named cross country team MVP all four years and was track MVP three times ... National Honor Society member.
