As A Junior (2024-25) | XC Meets & Times | Track Meets & Times
Cross Country
- Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll honoree
- Placed in the team's top-seven in three meets during the fall season
- Qualified for the Atlantic 10 Championship and recorded a 6K time of 24:13.5 at the conference meet (11/2)
- Logged a 6K time of 23:30.4 at the Aubrey Shenk Invitational, finishing fourth for the Bonnies and beating her previous personal record (10/19)
- Set a new PR with a 6K time of 24:08.7 at the Lock Haven Invitational (9/28)
- Finished with a 5K time of 20:10.34, good for the fifth-best Bonaventure finish at the meet and 14th-place finish overall at the Little Three Championship (9/6)
Track
- Qualified for the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Championships in the 1500 meters
- Posted an outdoor 1500 PR of 5:06 at the Colonial Relays (4/5)
- Represented SBU in the Atlantic 10 Indoor Championships for the 800 meters

Cross Country
- Competed in four events during the fall season
- Recorded a 6K PR time of 24:20.7 at the Aubrey Shenk Invitational
Track
- Qualified for the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Track Championships in the 800 meters, running a time of 2:29.29 at the conference meet (5/4)
- Helped set a new school record in the 4x400 relay
- Recorded a PR time in the outdoor 400 meters of 1:06.64 at the Saint Francis (PA) Open (4/27)
- Ran an indoor 800 PR of 2:24.87 at the SPIRE Collegiate Games (2/10)
- Registered PRs in both the indoor mile (5:38.80) and 1000 meters (3:21.57) at RIT (1/26)
As A Freshman (2022-23) | XC Meets & Times | Track Meets & Times
Cross Country
- Competed in all five events during the fall season
- Placed fourth on the team and 11th overall in collegiate debut at the Little Three Championship with a 5K time of 19:59.4 (9/3)
- Finished in team's top seven at the Anderson Invitational, clocking in at 20:16.9 (9/24)
- Qualified for the Atlantic 10 Championship, posting a time of 20:32.5 (10/29)
Track
- Qualified for the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Championships, competing in the 1500 (5:10.48) (5/7)
- Ran a 1500 PR of 5:08.31 at the UB Invitational (4/22)
High School
State qualifier in track ... First Team all-league in the steeplechase ... also qualified for sectionals in cross country ... set school track record in the 1000 meters, 4x8 and double 4x2 ... helped team to two sectional championships in Section VI, Class B2 cross country ... National Honor Society member ... also played softball and was part of cheer and dance teams.
