As A Sophomore (2024-25) | XC Meets & Times | Track Meets & Times
Cross Country
- Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll honoree
- Placed in the team's top-seven in all but one meet during the fall season
- Qualified for the Atlanitc 10 Championship and ran the 6K championship meet course in 24:39.5 (11/2)
- Logged a 6K time of 24:02.9 at the Aubrey Shenk Invitational (10/19)
- Placed fourth on the team and 55th overall out of 220 competitors at the Yellowjacket Invitational with a 6K time of 24:46.7 (9/21)
- Clocked a 5K time of 20:14.64 at the Little Three Championship (9/6)
Track
- Qualified for the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Championships in the 10K
- Set a 10K PR of 41:33 at the St. John Fisher Cardinal Classic (4/26)

- Competed in five events during the fall season
- Placed in the team scoring with a 6K PR time of 23:53.3 at the Lock Haven Invitational (9/23)
- Qualified for the Atlantic 10 Championship, recording a conference meet time of 25:11.5 (10/28)
Track
- Recorded a program top-five individual time in the indoor 5000 meters of 20:06.95 at the SPIRE Collegiate Games (2/10)
- Turned in an outdoor 5000 PR of 19:54.89 at the Colonial Relays (4/5)
High School
Three-time All-State honoree in cross country ... team captain ... helped team to three state championships in cross country (2019, 2020, 2022) and the 2021 track state title ... National Honor Society member.
