Cross Country
- Ran in all six events during the fall season, placing in the team's top-five in every meetÂ
- Led the team and finished 42nd overall out of over 200 competitors in the Lock Haven Invitational, earning Atlantic 10 Performer of the Week honors with a 6K PR of 22:21.3 (9/23)
- Paced the team at the Paul Short Run, clocking in at 23:27.8 to finish 111th out of 351 runners (9/30)
- Qualified for the Atlantic 10 Championship, posting a 6K effort of 23:39.7 to place fourth on the team (10/28)
Track
- Set a new school record for the indoor 5000 meters at the Atlantic 10 Championships with a time of 18:41.96 (2/24)
- Moved to third in the program record books for the outdoor 5000 meters with an effort of 18:14.56 at the Colonial Relays (4/5)
As A Freshman (2022-23) | XC Meets & Times | Track Meets & Times
Cross Country
- Competed in all five meets during the fall season, leading the team in four races and placing in the top-two on the squad in every event
- Placed second overall and led the team in collegiate debut with a run of 18:57.3 at the Little Three Championship to earn Atlantic 10 Rookie of the Week honors (9/3)
- Named the A-10's top weekly rookie for the second time after running a time of 19:03.2 at the Carnegie Mellon Invitational to finish eighth overall out of 135 competitors, helping the Bonnies to finish third in the 12-team field (10/8)
- Posted a 5K PR of 18:51.6 to finish 13th out of 156 competitors at the Canisius Classic (10/15)
- Made Atlantic 10 Championship debut with a time of 19:16.5 (10/29)
Track
- Qualified for the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Championships in the 5000, logging a championship meet time of 20:30.32 (5/7)
- Also competed in the 1500 and 3000 during outdoor season, posting PRs of 5:28.35 and 11:09.82 respectively along with a season-best 5000 time of 19:52.66
- Competed in the mile (5:49.63) as well during indoor season
