As A Junior (2022-23) | XC Meets & Times | Track Meets & Times
Cross Country

• Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll selection
• Competed in four events during the fall season, placing in the team's top seven four times
• Posted PR times in three meets, ultimately setting a new 5K best of 20:07.7 at the Canisius Classic (10/15)

Track

• Posted PR outdoor times in the 3000 (11:12.04) and 5000 meters (19:36.69), qualifying for Atlantic 10 Outdoor Championships in the 5K
• Qualified for the Atlantic 10 Indoor Championships and recorded a 3000 meters time of 11:20.38 (2/25)
• Ran a career-best mile time of 5:57.63 at the Highlander Invitational (1/21)

As A Sophomore (2021-22) | XC Meets & Times | Track Meets & Times
Cross Country

• Competed in five events during the fall season, posting a 6K PR of 26:43

Track

• Ran a program top-10 time in the outdoor 3000 meters (11:38.22)
• Also set program top-10 marks in the indoor 1000 (3:35.77) and 3000 (12:02.07)

• Ran PR in the 5000 at UB, posting a time of 21:10.21 (4/17)
• Made collegiate track debut in the 3000 meters at UB, finishing in 12:41.30 (3/24)
