As A Junior (2023-24) | XC Meets & Times | Track Meets & Times
Cross Country

• Competed in three events during the fall season, finishing in the team’s top seven twice
• Recorded a 6K PR of 23:55.5 at the Lock Haven Invitational (10/14)
• Qualified for the Atlantic 10 Championship and turned in a time of 24:44.6 (10/28)

• Posted an indoor 400 meters PR of 1:06.49 at Cornell (2/17)
• Also competed in the mile, 800, 1500 and 4x400

As A Sophomore (2022-23) | XC Meets & Times | Track Meets & Times
Cross Country

• Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll selection
• Competed in four events during the fall season including a PR 5K time of 20:18.1 at the Little Three Championship (9/3)

• Qualified for the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Championships, running a personal best 1500 time of 5:04.12 at the conference meet (5/7)
• Logged a PR 800 mark of 2:31.81 at the Brockport Multis (4/15)
• Turned in a PR mile effort of 5:48.86 at RIT (2/10)

As A Freshman (2021-22) | XC Meets & Times | Track Meets & Times
Cross Country

• Finished in the team scoring in every event ran during debut collegiate season
• Posted a 5K PR of 20:39.9 at the Live in Louisville Classic, finishing third on the team (10/2)
• Placed second on the team at the Anderson Invitational with her 5K run of 20:40.4 (9/25)

• Logged top-10 program times for the indoor 800 (2:39.83) and mile (5:58.49)
• Also competed in the 1500 with a PR of 5:15.89 at the UB Team Invitational (4/23)

High School
Went to the state meet as a junior with the Orchard Park cross country team ... multi-time ECIC all-star ... 4x800 relay indoor track school record holder ... Honor Roll student ... National Honor Society member ... also swam competitively for four years.
