The GoBonnies.com Female Athlete of the Week presented by CPL for the week ending Aug. 29, 2022 is women’s soccer sophomore Bridget Kennedy.
Kennedy scored her first collegiate goal at Little Three Rival Niagara on Thursday, which ended up being the ultimate game-winner.

The Cleveland Heights, Ohio native was able to get her head on a beautiful corner kick from freshman Ami Komori, beating the Niagara keeper in just the second minute of the game to give the Bonnies the early advantage.
She was key to the Bonnies defense shutting out Niagara, 1-0, and then limiting the Eastern Michigan attack in a 3-1 victory during the second game of the week.
