The GoBonnies.com Female Athlete of the Week presented by CPL for the week ending Oct. 9 is women’s swimming sophomore Silvana Cabrera.

Cabrera earned one event victory, one second-place finish, and a pair of third place finishes to help the women to a second-place out of four teams at the Colgate Invite
 
The Lima, Peru native secured a victory with a time of 57.86 in the 100-butterfly, while placing second in the 200-IM swimming a time 2:12.52
 
Cabrera added third place finishes in the 200-yard fly (2:09.32) and the 400-yard IM (4:45.04) to complete a solid weekend.
