St. Bonaventure

The GoBonnies.com Female Athlete of the Week presented by CPL for the week ending Feb. 26 is women’s lacrosse sophomore Fiona McGovern.
 
McGovern was pivotal in helping the Bonnies to their first victory of the season over Akron last Saturday at the Marra Athletics Complex, tallying five points on two goals and three assists.
 
The sophomore attacker scored both of her goals unassisted and registered assists on goals from Kassi Hogan and Jordan Rokitka.
 
McGovern leads the Bonnies this season with 14 points with nine goals and five assists.
