In a four-game series at Joyce Field against George Mason, Walker slashed .714/.833/1.132 for the Bonnies in their first home series since May 2019.

During game one of Friday's doubleheader, the freshman infielder entered in the bottom of the seventh as a pinch hitter with the bases loaded and belted a bases-clearing double. Walker followed that performance by working three walks in game two Friday afternoon.

Walker's weekend continued Saturday when she went 3-for-4 with a double and a run scored in game one and was 1-for-2 with another double in game two while also earning a pair of walks.

On the year, Walker is batting .571 in seven games played. Walker also leads the Bonnies with four doubles.

Walker was also named A-10 Rookie of the Week for her efforts against the Patriots.

The Bonnies are back in action Saturday, April 10 on the road at Fordham.
