St. Bonaventure

McGovern led the Bonnies to a 13-8 win over VCU in Bona's season finale last Saturday afternoon with seven points. 
 
The junior spearheaded the Bonnies third quarter surge, scoring the first goal of the half to tie the game at three, before assisting on the go-ahead goal from Abby Hiltz.

McGovern added another goal and an assist in the third quarter, helping the Bonnies to a 9-4 lead heading into the final frame. 
 
The Cortlandt Manor, N.Y. native assisted on the next two Bona goals before scoring her third goal of the game and seventh point.

McGovern finished this season with a team-high 59 points and six games with five or more points.
