Laycee Drake is the GoBonnies.com Female Student-Athlete of the Week for the week ending Dec. 14.

Drake tallied a 19-point, 10-rebound double-double to help the Bonnies to a 60-57 win on the road at Mercyhurst Friday evening. Drake started the game a perfect 5-for-5 from the field, scoring all 12 of the Bonnies first quarter points. She finished the game 8-for-11 from the floor and 3-for-4 from beyond the arc and also registered a pair of steals.

Her efforts have keyed a 9-3 start to the season for the Bonnies, the best for the program since 2015.
