The GoBonnies.com CPL Male Athlete of the Week for the week ending Feb. 20, 2022 is men’s freshman diver Zyad Morsy.

At the Atlantic 10 Championships this past week Morsy was named as the A-10 Most Outstanding Diver.

The Cairo, Egypt native won the gold medal in the 1-meter dive with a score of 293.95 on day two of the championships.

On the final day, Morsy grabbed another gold medal in the 3-meter dive with a final score of 313.40.

His efforts on the diving board propelled the men to a third-place finish at the championships.
