St. Bonaventure's men's tennis team fell to Duquesne 6-1 at Duquesne on Saturday, March 12.
Victor Blanco earned the lone Bonnies win against the Dukes' Adam Blasinsky in three sets. After losing the first set, Blanco rallied to win the next two 7-6 and 6-3. Hector Martinez also played three sets; after winning the first, he fell in the next two.
Partners Eduardo Irizarry and Blanco defeated their opponents in doubles action, but it was not enough to count toward the final score.
The Bonnies, now 3-8, will head to St. Francis, Penn., on Sunday, March 13.
