OLEAN, N.Y. – Senior Victor Blanco and sophomore Lukas Linden Malmberg picked up a win at No. 1 doubles, but the St. Bonaventure men's tennis team fell to Cleveland State, 7-0, on Saturday at the SBU Tennis Center.
Blanco and Malmberg defeated the Cleveland State pair of Ben Slade and Mirko Radosevic, 7-5, to earn the only win for the Bonnies.
Blanco and freshman Darrel Harxhi both played in three-set singles matches. Blanco fell to Matthew Terry at the No. 1 spot, 4-6, 6-4, 6-2. Harxhi was defeated by William Malm at No. 5 singles 6-7, 7-6, 10-5.
The Bonnies are back on the court Sunday afternoon as they host Youngstown State. The match is set to start at 12:00 p.m. at the SBU Tennis Center
